TTI Poland is made up of people and a wonderful atmosphere.
I started working at TTI Poland right after graduation. Although more than 13 years have passed, I still remember my recruitment interview and the words of the CEO, who said that sometimes a lack of experience can be an advantage. And perhaps, in my case, that was indeed true. I am still gaining new experiences and taking on professional challenges. However, above all, over these years at the company, I have met wonderful people who are the greatest asset of TTI Poland.
One of the biggest advantages of working at TTI Poland is the atmosphere.
I have been working at TTI Poland for over 11 years. When I started, I was still in the middle of my master’s studies. I had little professional experience, but they decided to give me a chance. When I began my journey, I had no idea how much I would learn and how many opportunities would lie ahead of me. From the very first days, I noticed that the company places a strong emphasis on employee development. Thanks to various training sessions and projects, I was able to develop my skills and gain valuable experience.

to our team!
For years, we have been carefully building our team, promoting commitment and initiative, while valuing experience and many years of hard work. From the very beginning, the company has been focused on people and based on their dedication.
Today, we employ 64 people and serve clients across the entire country. Over 30 Representatives and employees from the Key Account Department at the company’s headquarters take care of them. We continuously strive to improve our incentive system and adapt it to the expectations of our employees. We offer attractive salaries, numerous benefits, and internal competitions with prizes. Thanks to clear principles and open communication, we ensure a sense of security. This is a value that is often not talked about, yet it is something we all share.
The key to success is creating a place where people simply feel good, where there is a pleasant atmosphere, and everyone can count on friendly support – not only at work but also in their personal lives. The team-building events, organized at least once a year, bring great results.
Since 2004, we have celebrated every five-year milestone of the company’s existence with exotic trips, which employees’ families can also join. For our 30th anniversary, we traveled to Thailand, and before that, we visited places like Zanzibar and Sri Lanka.
I strive to create a compelling vision, listen to and engage people, and help them embrace change. I focus on building relationships based on openness, trust, and honesty, which not only influences the atmosphere but also the quality of work. I remember that it is the employees who are the greatest asset, and thanks to their commitment, the company continues to grow and can be a leader in its market segment.
